The SYA U12 Girls Cardinals white west have won the Arlington Invitational the past weekend. Starting off a little slow with a 2:1 win the team had to get adjusted to the 11v11 environment. Coach Cory Hanks was able to adjust a couple of pieces before the second game and the team performed very well against WAGS D1 team Chan Santos with a 2:0 victory. On Sunday morning the team left no doubt the deserved a place in the final with a convincing 6:0 victory. The final game of the tournament was won 3:1 where the girls again showed great skill and determination and won the tournament Championship, Congratulations.
