Brittany Basinger Named Gatorade Player of the Year

Brittany Basinger, a member of the U18 SYA FCV Hotspur, has played for SYA Technical Director since she was ten. She played for the US U17 National Team in last year's World Championships and will attend Penn State University in the fall. Congratulations, Brittany!!

Congratulations to the U12 Girls State Champion SYA Cardinals '00 Red!

The SYA U12 Cardinals Red won the State Championship in Richmond on Sunday. They will compete in the Region I tournament representing Virginia! Congratulations!

ASL Teams to Attend Disney Showcase

SYA's ASL teams are guaranteed entry to the #1 recruiting tournament in the United States! This tournament, held over the New Year's holiday, attracts a multitude of college coaches and is "the" tournament for players hoping to attract attention of college coaches. We are thrilled to be sending our ASL teams to Disney!

STIC, Rec. GK, U7/U8 Kickers all non-cost clinics will finish up this week.

All clinic makeups are at the same time and field location.

Fees for recreational soccer will increase starting on July 1, and then again on Aug 1. All players registered on or after August 1 will be placed on a wait list and placed only if space is available.
